Bariolé was founded in 2022 to solve a recurring problem in hospitality and residential operations: staffing support that looks good on paper, but collapses under pressure.

Mohamed Mezaga Founder & Managing Director
Since 2022, Mohamed Mezaga has been the Founder and manging Director of Bariolé, a London-based staffing and operational support company serving hotel, BTR, and coliving assets.
With more than 15 years of international hospitality and operations experience, Mohamed has held senior leadership roles across hotels, restaurants, live venues, and large scale residential operations. His career spans frontline delivery, senior management and strategic turnaround assignments in the UK and Europe
His background includes:
Deputy Hotel manager & Interim GM at The Corner London City Hotel
-led full operational and brand transition
-Acted as Interim General Manager during a critical three-month period
-Delivered +30% GOP above budget during full operational rebrand
Led teams through pandemic operations, safety compliance and high-pressure transitions
Built strong training cultures with structured SOPs and weekly development sessions
Promoted and developed internal talent, including multiple management-level promotions
He also led Health & Safety compliance, fire safety strategy and pandemic response, keeping the hotel operational during one of the most challenging periods the industry has face.
Earlier roles include operational and duty management positions with international hotel brands and luxury hospitality environments, including large-scale events, high-volume service and complex stakeholder coordination.
